information purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. You and or your company rely on the information
contained on this website at your own risk. If you find an error or omission at this site, please let us know
All references to "silver" and "gold" etc. refer to colour and not material of product. If it is made of Sterling Silver, Silver Plated, Gold, gold plated etc. this will be stated in the name and or the description.
Pandoras Jewellery Box reserves the right to refuse services to any customer or to require verification of information prior to the acceptance of any order without any prior notification.

and unregistered trade marks of the Website Owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting
any licence or right to use any trade mark without the prior written permission of the Website Owner.

External links may be provided for your convenience, but they are beyond the control of the Website Owner and no
representation is made as to their content. Use or reliance on any external links and the content thereon provided is at
your own risk. When visiting external links you must refer to that external websites terms and conditions of use. No
hypertext links shall be created from any website controlled by you or otherwise to this website without the express prior

5. Orders, Returns and Refunds
The acceptance of contract is formed by the state of confirmation, by authorisation of transaction and payment confirmed by receipt. If your order is accepted, we shall inform you by e-mail or telephone. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order by us. Despatch time may vary. We do not take responsibility for any delay in delivery due to postal delays.
We have a simple 14 day returns policy and will accept the return of unsuitable items* providing any unsuitable item is
returned in original condition and packaging with an enclosed form which will be sent on request from
sales@pandorasjewellerybox.co.uk
*Please Note: Pierced earrings and jewellery sets containing pierced earrings are strictly non-returnable due to Health &
Hygiene Regulations.
If an item is unsuitable, please follow the process outlined below:
Complete the returns slip which you will receive when you contact sales@pandorasjewellerybox.co.uk requesting the
returns slip.
Place the completed Returns Slip in the package along with the item/s* you wish to return. *Please note: pierced earrings
and jewellery sets containing pierced earrings are strictly non-returnable.
Return your goods within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging with returns slip enclosed to the
address indicated on the returns slip.
We strongly recommend goods are returned by the following Royal Mail services:
Under £30: Recorded Signed For
Over £30: Special Delivery (extra insurance is available depending on the value of your order)
Since Pandoras Jewellery Box cannot be held responsible for goods until they arrive at our premises, the above services
wil insure you for the value of your goods and will also allow you to track your order via http://www.royalmail.com/.
Any item returned outside of our 14 day return period, but received within 30 days of delivery, may be subject to credit
at the discretion of Pandoras Jewellery Box providing goods are in original condition, packaging and with a valid returns
slip
Our Returns Policy is in additon to and does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Your card will be refunded within 7 days of us receiving your return and you will receive a confirmation to let you
know. Depending upon the banks and your card issuer, it can take several further days for the refund to appear in your
account.
Please note: Please allow 14 days before contacting us regarding your refund.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us in writing or by email within 7 working days beginning from the day
after receipt of your order. This is in accordance to the Distance Selling Regulations and your rights to a 7 day cooling off period.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us within 7 days from your
notification and should follow the process for returning goods as outlined above.
Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item that you order is out of stock then we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery. If you
are unhappy with the time that you will have to wait then we will also give you the option of a refund.
6. Specific Use
You further agree not to use the website to send or post any message or material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory,
abusive, indecent, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, sexually orientated, racially offensive, profane, pornographic
or violates any applicable law and you hereby indemnify the Website Owner against any loss, liability, damage or
expense of whatever nature which the Website Owner or any third party may suffer which is caused by or attributable to,
whether directly or indirectly, your use of the website to send or post any such message or material.
7. Warranties
The Website Owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or
residual) regarding the website, the information contained on the website, your or your company's personal information
or material and information transmitted over our system.
8. Disclaimer of Liability.
The Website Owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct,
indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any

material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or

of Great Britain without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the High Court of Great Britain in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms
